Stefano Peli

Stefano Peli is graduated in Electronic Engineering with orientation in Information Technology and is a passionate and enthusiastic Agile and Transformation Coach.

He has twenty-five years of experience in development of complex IT system in different areas (Automotive, Industry, GDO, Services, Logistics).

As Technical Unit Manger of the Microsoft Centre of Excellence managing and coordinating 80+ engineers and analysits, he was the "eye on technology" and guided the Agile Transformation and adoption.

Now Technical Director, deals with the management of the partnership with different vendors and the definition of guidelines and technologies to be adopted. He lead the Agile transformation and industrialization of the software factories.

Program Manager for key customers and complex development projects, both national and international (France, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Albania) managing partnerships with suppliers in near-shore and offshore.
